We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds will not be processed through any online payment method.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the approval of your refund. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed as follows:

If you prefer an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll send the replacement at no additional shipping cost once the original item has been returned.
